If I have to recall the previous lessons I had listened and studied, one of the most important things to form a business is for the owner to think of a company name. Of course, we have to give names in order to be recognized and remembered. We can't just say: "Oh, there's that one shop that I really like." There are other shops around the world and it would be too much of a hassle to look around just to remember that shop you like, right? That's why businessmen give names for their businesses--it's like naming a baby. It has to be simple, unique and memorable at the same time.
